Where is the Heritage Corridor?
The Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) encompasses the communities and counties along the historic 97-mile Illinois and Michigan Canal National Heritage Corridor. The Heritage Corridor spans from the Chicago Portage Area just southwest of Chicago to LaSalle-Peru including the counties of Will, Grundy, LaSalle and Putnam. The region conveniently located along I-55 from Chicago to Joliet along I-80 west to LaSalle-Peru.

Hop Over to the 6th Annual Summer Naperville Ale Fest!

The 6th Annual Naperville Ale Fest will take place on July 14th, from 12pm to 5pm. This year, Naperville’s “original craft beer festival” will feature over 200 American craft beers for guests to try. Take a stroll down “Lager Lane”, or “Cider Alley”, and immerse yourself in new aromas and flavors. With the beautiful Naper Settlement as the venue for this event, it is sure to be an unforgettable one.

During the event, various specialty tents will be featured, including a Sam Adams and Angry Orchard Specialty tent, a Left Hand Nitro tent, a West Coast IPA tent, a Christmas in July tent, and more! Along with these tents, various other breweries will be participating in the event, including Will County Brewing Company, Blue Nose Brewery, Tangled Roots Brewing Company, Metal Monkey Brewing, 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, Skeleton Key Brewing, Werk Force Brewing Company, Alter Brewing Company, Pollyanna Brewing Company, and much more!

Ten delicious food trucks with both savory and sweet treats will also be in attendance, to provide a perfectly paired bite to go with any of the great craft beers at the event.

Tickets for the event can be purchased on the Naperville Ale Fest website, and are available in both general admission and VIP tickets. Both tiers of tickets will receive a commemorative festival sampling glass and 20 beer tickets, each of which can be redeemed for one, 3oz sample of beer. VIP tickets include early entry, a food voucher, a limited edition bottle of the Naperville Ale Fest / Solemn Oath collaboration, a festival t-shirt, and access to the VIP lounge with specialty beers only available inside! General Admission and VIP designated driver tickets are also available for purchase.
