CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE WORKSHOP PLANNED - CHAMBER NAME OFFERS CUSTOMER SERVICE WORKSHOP BY CONSTANT TRAINING
Joliet, Illinois. On March 25, 2008, the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce and Heritage Corridor Convention and Visitors
Bureau will sponsor a Customer Service Excellence Workshop for their members as well as for the general public at JJC Campus, Joliet. The
afternoon session will run from 1:00 PM until 4:30 PM. The registration fee is $69.00 for all Chamber and Bureau members and $79 for all non-members.
Chamber and Bureau members sending four or more from the same organization will pay $60.00 each.
This workshop will cover critical areas such as: The TOP TEN service mistakes customers hate, MAGIC WORDS to use that customers
love to hear as well as those they hate, how to handle PROBLEMS and complaints, effective TELEPHONE skills, verbal and non-verbal COMMUNICATION
techniques, build RAPPORT with anyone, REMEMBER NAMES and SEVEN critical elements for outstanding service.
All attendees receive a copy of Joe's newly released book titled "Customer Service Eagles". It is written for managers,
supervisors, business owners and organizational leaders as well as the millions of front-line workers who take care of hundreds of millions of
customers daily. It is a practical, easy to read book loaded with proven techniques to help you be more effective with customers. Full of stories
