READ ON!Buffalo Run, the latest August Hill Wine, will be released at the August Hill Winery Tasting Room in Utica, IL on January 18. This new limited release wine is a collaboration with Rudy's Liquors in LaSalle, who will also carry bottles of the wine.
The wine is a "harmonious Illinois blend" of 50% Northon and 50% Carbernet Franc wines, which was aged in a Buffalo Trace Select bourbon barrel.
Buffalo Run itself is part of the new August Hill Winery LAB series, which features small-batch productions that are experimental in their crafting, aging, and finishing.
